MVC with Injuries

At 1619 hours, the Gumboro Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched to an MVC with injuries at the intersection of Nine Foot RD & Millsboro HWY (Shaft Ox Corner). Engine 79-4 went responding with a crew of six, under the command of Deputy Chief Brian Smith. Upon arrival, the crew found a two vehicle "rear end" style accident with three patients. An additional two ambulances were requested; one from station 73 and one from station 83. All three patients were transported with minor injuries. At 1711 hours, after the patients were transported and the clean up was completed, Deputy Chief Brian Smith terminated command and sent all apparatus and personnel available.
