1968 KAISER JEEP 6X6 MILITARY VEHICLE

The Gumboro Volunteer Fire Company is accepting sealed bids on the sale of its 1968 Kaiser Jeep 6x6 military vehicle. This unit is being sold as a fire suppression unit, but bids are open to the public. It carries a 600 gallon water tank with a 12 gallon foam tank, unit is equipped with a Hale HPX200 pump with a Hale 1.0 foam system. It carries 800' of 1" forestry hose. The tank and pump system is set up as a skid unit to be removable for use as a Disaster Assistant Unit being able to forge deep water and rough terrain. Anyone interested in the purchasing of this vehicle is asked to either mail in, or drop off, a sealed bid to the GVFC (address information to follow). All bids must be received by no later than Thursday, January 3^rd, 2019, at 7:00PM. The Gumboro Volunteer Fire Company reserves the right to decline any/ all bids.  All bids should be mailed in to the following address.
